A 30% deposit will need to be paid when booking your appointment to confirm your time. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made for the new booking. In true, unavoidable emergencies please message me on 0434377300.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result your 30% deposit being forfeited. In the case of a no-show you will be charge 50% of the total services booked.
If you think you may run late to your appointment we ask that you message to notify us. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We understand that sometimes things do come up. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or sickness please contact us on 0434377300.
In the event that you are unhappy with your service, I will always offer for you to come back and we discuss in person what exactly it is you are not happy with. If you are still unsatisfied I will offer to re-do the service that you are unhappy with free of charge. Sometimes these things do happen, so I am always more than happy to see you again. If after we have spoken in person, you are still unhappy I will offer a full refund on the service you are unhappy with. I would always appreciate the opportunity and respect to be able to fix anything you may not be happy with.
